**What is Head of AI Strategy & Transformation?**

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to define and drive Jazz’s enterprise AI agenda. The Head of AI Strategy & Transformation will lead the strategic direction of JazzWorld's AI Vertical by defining the enterprise AI vision, driving AI transformation initiatives, building the AI innovation portfolio, and ensuring realization of business value from AI investments. This role requires strong expertise in AI, digital transformation, innovation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence executive decision-making and drive organization-wide adoption of AI capabilities. This role will be reporting directly to the chief AI officer.

**What does Head of AI Strategy & Transformation do?**

·       Develop and execute Jazz’s enterprise AI strategy and multi-year roadmap.

·       Identify, prioritize, and govern the AI use case portfolio across multiple functions.

·       Establish and operationalize the AI Office, governance structures, and operating model.

·       Drive AI adoption, organizational readiness, and transformation initiatives across business units.

·       Evaluate emerging AI technologies, partnerships, startups, and investment opportunities.

·       Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and AI performance KPIs.

·       Represent Jazz AI in executive forums, industry engagements, and strategic partnerships.

## Requirements

**What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of AI Strategy & Transformation?**

·       12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, innovation, consulting, technology, or digital leadership roles.

·       Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.

·       Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and digital business models.

·       Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.

·       Experience in telecom, fintech, technology, consulting, or digital businesses preferred.
