**What is "Expert Digital Services"?**

The Expert Digital Services is responsible for **building, scaling, and monetizing digital lifestyle services** across key domains including **Matrimony & Astrology, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Fitness & Wellness, and Agri-Tech Solutions**.

This role focuses on **creating high-impact consumer products** that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The incumbent will work closely with **internal teams (technology, marketing, analytics, procurement)** and **external partners (vendors, content providers, service experts)** to deliver seamless and scalable digital experiences.

The role requires **end-to-end product ownership**, from ideation to execution, with a strong focus on **data-driven decision-making and commercial outcomes**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Own and drive **product strategy, roadmap, and execution** for diverse lifestyle platforms across multiple categories
-   Identify **growth opportunities, user pain points, and monetization levers** across different lifestyle use cases
-   Lead **end-to-end product lifecycle**: ideation, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization
-   Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** (Tech, Marketing, Analytics, CX, Partnerships) to deliver scalable products
-   Manage and grow **partner ecosystems** including merchants, service providers, experts, and content contributors
-   Drive **user acquisition, engagement, and retention** through innovative product features and experiences
-   Leverage **data analytics** to monitor performance, optimize funnels, and prioritize product roadmap
-   Develop **lean business cases** and evaluate initiatives based on **commercial impact vs. effort**
-   Ensure **consistent and seamless user experience** aligned with brand and platform guidelines
-   Work closely with marketing teams to **plan and execute growth campaigns**
-   Stay updated with **market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital opportunities**

## Requirements

**What does it require to be 'Expert Digital Services'?**

-   Strong **product management experience** in digital consumer platforms (preferably lifestyle, marketplace, or subscription-based ecosystems)
-   Understanding of **diverse monetization models** (subscriptions, commissions, in-app purchases, ads, lead generation)
-   Experience managing **multi-category platforms** with different user journeys and business models
-   Strong **analytical mindset** with the ability to make data-driven decisions
-   **Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel** for data analysis, reporting, and business presentations
-   Working knowledge of **app ecosystems (Google Play Console), web platforms, and UX/UI principles**
-   Excellent **communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills**
-   Experience in **vendor and partner management** across multiple domains
-   Creative thinker with a focus on **innovation and user-centric product design**
-   Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business**, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field**
-   Prior experience in **travel-tech, wellness platforms, agri-tech, content platforms, or digital marketplaces** is a plus
