**What will be your role & responsibilities?**

As  a **She’s Back Returnee**, your roles and responsibilities will be defined based on your functional alignment and business requirements. The broader responsibilities will be as under which will be aligned with your role:

**Analytics & Problem Solving**

-   Analyze data sets to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. 
-   Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business or operational improvement. 
-   Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations. 

**Business & Operational Management**

-   Support execution of business strategies, projects, and operational initiatives 
-   Contribute to process improvement and efficiency enhancement efforts.
-   Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of key deliverables.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**

-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
-   Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on goals and timelines.
-   Participate in meetings, discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.

**Innovation & Continuous Improvement**

-   Contribute ideas to improve products, services, or internal processes. 
-   Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
-   Participate in learning and development activities as part of the program.

## Requirements

**What are we looking for in a She’s Back Returnee?**

-   Women professionals with a career break of 1+ years 
-   Prior work experience (minimum 02 years) in corporate, technical, or business roles 
-   Bachelor’s degree (minimum); additional certifications are an advantage 
-   Strong intent and motivation to restart a professional career 

**Key Skills & Competencies:**

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
-   Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 
-   Adaptability and willingness to learn.
-   Digital literacy and familiarity with workplace tools
