What is Stream Head Digital Analytics and Integrated Growth?  
  
**The stream head Digital Analytics & Growth Intelligence will support the Digital Analytics & Growth Intelligence function across Jazz’s digital ecosystem by driving actionable insights, performance analytics, and customer behavior intelligence.

The role will focus on translating digital and GSM data into measurable business outcomes through reporting, customer analytics, growth optimization, and performance tracking. The incumbent will work closely with Product, GSM, and Data teams to improve engagement, retention, monetization, and customer lifecycle performance across digital products and services.

The position requires a commercially aware analytics professional with strong business intelligence, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

**What does Stream Head Digital Analytics and Integrated Growth do?  
  
Growth Analytics & Consumer Intelligence**

-   Support the development of centralized analytics frameworks across Jazz digital products.
-   Analyze customer behavior, usage trends, engagement patterns, and monetization opportunities.
-   Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics to improve retention and growth.
-   Identify churn risks, growth leakages, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

**Digital Product Performance Analytics**

-   Track digital KPIs including acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
-   Conduct funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and customer journey evaluations.
-   Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize customer experience and growth.
-   Partner with Product and Growth teams to recommend optimization opportunities.

**Business Intelligence & Reporting**

-   Build dashboards, automated reports, and executive performance summaries.
-   Consolidate GSM and digital ecosystem reporting into unified visibility frameworks.
-   Monitor business performance trends and proactively highlight key insights and risks.
-   Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Work closely with Product, CVM, Marketing, and Commercial teams on growth initiatives.
-   Coordinate with Data Engineering and BI teams for data availability and reporting accuracy.
-   Promote data-driven decision making across digital functions.
-   Support capability building and analytics best practices within the team.

## Requirements

-   5–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, digital growth, telecom analytics, or related functions.
-   Strong understanding of telecom and digital KPIs including ARPU, churn, engagement, retention, and monetization.
-   Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
-   Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
-   Good understanding of funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
-   Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
-   Prior experience in telecom, fintech, digital products, or technology environments will be preferred
