**Role Overview**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quick-learning fresh graduate to join our Network Rollout team as an Intern for a 3-month extendable internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecom network deployment, site rollout activities, technology upgrades, and project coordination.

The intern will support the Network Rollout team in monitoring project activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and tracking deployment progress. This position is ideal for graduates interested in telecommunications, project management, and network deployment technologies.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Coordination & Support**

-   Assist the team in tracking New Site Rollout (NRO), technology upgrade, transport, and fiber deployment activities.
-   Support the preparation and maintenance of project plans, trackers, and schedules.
-   Monitor project progress and follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders.
-   Assist in ensuring project activities are completed according to agreed timelines.

**Stakeholder Coordination**

-   Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather project updates.
-   Support communication between rollout, operations, and business partner teams.
-   Assist in arranging project review meetings and maintaining meeting minutes.
-   Follow up on project deliverables and escalation points under the guidance of senior team members.

**Technical Learning & Deployment Support**

-   Gain exposure to telecom technologies including 2G, 4G, 5G, Microwave and Power Systems.
-   Assist in monitoring site readiness activities related to tower, power, and civil works.
-   Support the rollout team in maintaining deployment records and project documentation.
-   Learn and follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines during project activities.

**Reporting & Documentation**

-   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
-   Update project trackers, dashboards, and databases.
-   Maintain organized records of project documentation and deployment reports.
-   Assist in data analysis and presentation preparation for management reviews.

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience.
-   Basic understanding of telecom networks and wireless communication concepts is preferred.

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-   Strong analytical and organizational skills.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to learn telecom technologies and project management practices.
