**What will Intern – Consumer Insights do?**

We are seeking an intern to join our Consumer Insights team. This role offers a mix of project management, coordination with external stakeholders and extensive secondary research.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support data collection, archiving and monitoring.
-   Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
-   Interact with stakeholders to follow up on data acquisition and management.
-   Research trends in telecom and technology industry.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head with an extended team of 2 members.

## Requirements

**Eligibility Criteria:**

-   Bachelors degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economic or related field.
-   Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
-   Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
-   Curiosity to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
