**What is Head of Regulatory Affairs (Regional Head North) - TPL Insurance ?** 

To lead the company’s government relations and regulatory liaison efforts while overseeing administrative operations across the organization. This is a hands-

on, dual-scope role responsible for managing regulatory approvals and government correspondence, maintaining strong relationships with key ministries and

regulatory bodies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration, vendor management, and support to senior leadership.

## Requirements

**What does Head of Regulatory Affairs (Regional Head North) - TPL Insurance do?**

**Key Responsibilities:** 

**Government & Regulatory Affairs**

• Manage the company’s regulatory and government-related matters, including approvals, filings, and correspondence with regulatory bodies such as

SECP and CCP.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key government ministries and departments, including the Ministry of Industries, Engineering Development

Board, and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, to support business interests.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries received from government departments, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

• Leverage established ministry-level relationships to generate business opportunities and support organizational objectives.

**Administrative Operations & Office Management**

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth office functioning.

• Manage executive travel arrangements for senior management and official business requirements.

• Maintain office decorum and oversee the upkeep of the physical office environment across company locations.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and event management vendors on office fit-outs, renovations, and related initiatives.

**Stakeholder Management, Vendor Oversight & Leadership Support**

• Manage vendor relationships across multiple categories ensuring quality delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Conduct risk assessments related to office and administrative operations, recommending mitigation measures as needed.

• Support select and critical customer-related matters in coordination with relevant internal teams

• Perform any other strategic responsibilities or special assignments as directed by management to support organizational and departmental objectives.

vendors (such as building management, security companies, housekeeping, maintenance, courier services, suppliers.

**What are we looking for and what does it require to be Head of Regulatory Affairs (Regional Head – North) ?**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or corporate administration, preferably within the insurance or

financial services industry.

• Proven track record of managing regulatory matters and approvals with bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)

and the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP).

• Sound judgement in vendor management, risk assessment, and general office administration.
