**What is Manager – R2R?**

The Manager – R2R is key part of R2R function mainly responsible for financial close, general ledger accounting, revenue accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards, Group reporting guidelines, local regulations, and internal controls. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, auditors, and business teams to ensure robust financial controls, timely resolution of accounting matters, and continuous improvement of R2R processes. The position reports directly to the Head of R2R with a team of 3-4 members.

**What does Manager – R2R do?**

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Oversee the revenue function within the R2R framework, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and month-end close across all revenue streams, in compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting process for JWPL and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, Group policies, and applicable local accounting regulations.

· Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions, including assessment of applicable IFRS requirements and alignment with Group accounting policies and key stakeholders.

· Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors, ensuring timely provision of required information and supporting documentation, and effective resolution of audit queries and findings.

· Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal control requirements, including timely execution, documentation, monitoring, testing, and remediation of control deficiencies.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements, accounting policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

· Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, controls, and standardization across the R2R function.

· Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across R2R, including enhancement of ERP processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, analytics, and dashboards in Oracle Fusion.

· Drive effective collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of accounting and reporting matters.

· Lead and develop the R2R team, ensuring clear accountability, effective performance management, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development.

## Requirements

· Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) or CA Finalist having complete articles from a reputable audit-firm and with 7-8 years of related work experience, including Telecom Industry.

· Must have good working knowledge of Accounting (IFRS), Financial Reporting processes and ERP (Oracle Fusion).

· Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

· Demonstrate interpersonal and communications skills.

· Exhibit excellent teamwork & collaboration.

· Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
