**What is "Head of Digital Analytics and Integrated Growth"?  
  
**The Head of Digital Analytics & Growth Intelligence (L4) will lead the centralized analytics, consumer intelligence, and growth insights function across all consumers facing JazzWorld Digital Ecosystem. The role will serve as the strategic bridge between GSM revenue analytics, customer behavior, and digital ecosystem insights to enable unified business visibility, data-driven growth, and cross-portfolio monetization.  
  
The incumbent will build scalable intelligence frameworks combining telecom subscriber behavior with digital engagement signals across connectivity, entertainment, gaming, fintech, health-tech, insurance, and future digital products. The role requires a commercially driven and analytical leader capable of transforming fragmented data into actionable growth opportunities and strategic business insights.  
  
The position reports directly to the Head of Jazz Consumer Growth and works closely with Product, GSM, and CVM leadership teams.

**What does a Head of Digital Analytics and Integrated Growth do?  
  
Centralized Analytics & Intelligence**

·       Build and lead the centralized growth analytics and consumer intelligence capability across all digital verticals.

·       Develop unified KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and growth measurement methodologies.

·       Establish a centralized visibility layer for digital product, customer, and commercial performance.

**Consumer & Growth Analytics**

·       Develop intelligence frameworks connecting GSM subscriber behavior with digital engagement insights.

·       Build unified customer views combining telecom KPIs with app-level behavioral analytics.

·       Identify monetization, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and lifecycle management opportunities through converged analytics.

·       Drive customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization strategies.

**Product Growth & Performance**

·       Lead funnel analysis, cohort tracking, experimentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle analytics across digital assets.

·       Drive SEO, engagement optimization, and digital growth analytics initiatives.

·       Develop frameworks to measure engagement, feature adoption, retention, monetization, and customer lifetime value.

·       Partner with Product teams to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

**Business Intelligence & Reporting**

·       Design executive dashboards and automated reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.

·       Build centralized reporting integrating GSM, digital product, and commercial analytics.

·       Proactively identify customer behavior shifts, growth leakages, churn risks, and revenue opportunities.

·       Translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Capability Building**

·       Partner closely with Product, CVM, and Data teams.

·       Foster a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and insight-led decision-making.

·       Build and mentor a high-performing analytics and growth intelligence team.

·       Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in digital growth and consumer analytics.

## Requirements

·       8–12 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, growth strategy, digital products, or telecom commercial analytics.

·       Strong understanding of GSM revenue analytics including ARPU, churn, subscriber lifecycle management, and digital monetization models.

·       Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.

·       Strong command over BI and visualization platforms including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

·       Experience in experimentation frameworks, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, predictive analytics, and customer intelligence.

·       Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business storytelling capabilities.

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.

·       Prior exposure to telecom, fintech, digital ecosystems, or technology-led businesses will be preferred.
