**What is an Expert Pricing & Digital Insights?**

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to join our team as Expert Pricing & Digital Insights. This role combines Pricing, Business & Digital Analytics, and is responsible for driving data-led pricing strategies and delivering actionable business insights for the Prepaid segment and Digital Services portfolio. 

The role requires a hands-on business analyst mindset, with strong ownership of problem definition, requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and translation of business needs into analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with dashboards, visualization tools, and large datasets, and will play a critical role in revenue growth through customer behaviour analysis, competitive benchmarking, and innovative pricing and monetization models. 

**What does an Expert Pricing & Digital Insights do?  
**

**Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management** 

-   Act as a business analyst for pricing and digital initiatives, owning end-to-end problem definition and solution design. 

-   Engage stakeholders across Product, Digital, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Data teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical and reporting requirements. 

-   Support leadership in decision-making through structured analysis, insights storytelling, and executive-level reporting. 

-   Drive prioritization of analytics use cases based on business impact and feasibility. 

**Business & Commercial Insights** 

-   Leverage internal and external data to generate actionable insights on customer behaviour, product usage, churn, and revenue trends. 

-   Monitor and report performance of GSM, and Digital portfoliothrough daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards. 

-   Analyse KPIs and recommend product and pricing interventions to support GSM KPIs  and targets. 

-   Support business cases and conduct pre- and post-launch performance analysis for new product launches. 

**Pricing & Monetization** 

-   Lead formulation and end-to-end management of pricing strategies for GSM, VAS, and Digital services. 

-   Conduct pricing simulations, elasticity analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis to optimize revenue and customer lifetime value. 

-   Regularly evaluate market pricing and recommend adjustments based on consumer trends and competitive dynamics. 

-   Identify monetization opportunities across data bundles, content services, gamification, and fintech integrations. 

**Market & Competitive Intelligence** 

-   Conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking across local telecom operators and OTT players. 

-   Produce regular market intelligence reports including pricing, features, and product comparisons. 

-   Stay updated on regulatory changes, consumer behaviour trends, and technology evolution impacting telecom services. 

**Analytics & Data Enablement** 

-   Translate business requirements into data requests, dashboards, and analytical frameworks. 

-   Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. 

-   Basic understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and KPI framework design to ensure structured and scalable reporting. 

-   Perform data exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. 

-   Work closely with Data Scientists, BI, Technology, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability. 

-   Provide ongoing analytics support to improve business processes, pricing effectiveness, and profitability.

## Requirements

**What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Pricing & Digital Insights?** 

Education: 

-   Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field (preferred). 

Experience: 

-   3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial planning, or digital analytics within the telecom or digital industry. 

-   Proven experience working with prepaid segment and digital product portfolios (preferred) 

Technical Skills: 

-   Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau; knowledge of Firebase, Google Analytics and Mix Pannel. 

-   Sound understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue models, and digital ecosystems. 

Soft Skills: 

-   Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. 

-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

-   Agility in working with fast-paced, data-driven teams.
