**What** **is** **Specialist Legal Support?**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Specialist – Legal Support** to join Legal Department under Service Operations.

This role is responsible for the independent execution of Purchase Requisitions (PR), receipting, invoice processing, and related reporting activities in line with company policies and service level agreements. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve operational bottlenecks, and contribute to process excellence initiatives.

The position reports directly to the Manager Legal Operations. The Legal Support function will comprise of team of two.

**Role & Responsibilities**

-   Execute PR fulfillment, receipting, and invoice processing within Oracle Fusion, including monitoring PO fund availability, and following up on approvals.
-   Manage monthly accruals for assigned legal functions.
-   Proactively resolve stakeholder queries related to invoices, PRs, and receipting independently to remove bottlenecks and ensure seamless operations.
-   Prepare sourcing forms (No Sourcing, Competitive Bidding, SSD) in compliance with procurement guidelines.
-   Conduct business partner compliance screening using KYC360 to ensure adherence to regulatory and due diligence requirements.
-   Maintain and manage the GEMS platform for VEON entities, ensuring all governance data is accurately recorded and kept up-to-date across multiple jurisdictions.
-   Administer and manage the Tymetrix e-billing system, handling matter management, law firm onboarding, and ensuring timely invoice processing.
-   Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently to meet agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
-   Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and transformation projects.
-   Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

## Requirements

**Experience and Educational Requirements**

-   Minimum three years of experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
-   BBA/MBA or ACCA/ICMA finalist.
-   Sound understanding of the purchase requisition and receipting process, invoice handling, and efficient email management.

**Required Skills**

-   Strong stakeholder management, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Fusion.
-   Highly adaptable and a quick learner.
