Strategize to make sure technology works for our customers, our colleagues, and our communities, every minute of every day for a **‘better life for all’**. **What does Expert Enterprise Architect do?** ·       Contributing to IT transformation program as Jazz repositions itself from communications service provider to a digital service provider. ·       Looking after the design, planning and governance of Digital BSS from EA viewpoint. ·       Designing technical solutions and architecture blueprint aligned with operator strategy to fulfill business needs. ·       Lead a regular architecture forum with DBSS team to ensure that all new changes coming in via programs, projects and change requests are in-line with architecture principles and best practices. ·       Run RFI/ FRP/ RFQs processes to identify solution partners who offer best of the breed and cost-efficient solutions enabling business with quick time to market. ·       Spearhead design and architecture changes at DBSS for future launches in Pakistan like 5G- NSA, MVNO etc. ·       Introducing latest technologies at Jazz like AI, API Management, Events stream processing and cloud native microservices based architecture. ·       Possess knowledge of the business processes, technology architecture & design of BSS systems (CRM, middleware, product catalogue, charging and billing platform) ·       Bridge the gap between current and to-be needs of business environment. ·       Validate of changes on existing platforms as well as new RFPs aligned with operator strategy. ·       Responsible for risk mitigation and spot-on delivery of projects on time, cost, and quality. ·       Align technical orientations to comply with internationally known standards and protocols. ·       Collaborate closely with business users, subject matters experts, solution architects and partners for effective business requirement analysis, technical solution/ design options, effort estimations, business case approvals and driving projects to completion. ·       Identify inefficiencies and implement service improvement measures in digital systems. _JazzWorld is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees._ ## Requirements **Must to Have - Requirements** ·       5-6 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or platform support roles. ·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ·       Demonstrated ability to articulate complex business and technology transformation initiatives into presentable form of future-state visions and strategic options, enabling C-level management to evaluate choices, align investments, and drive informed decision-making. ·       We are looking for someone who has delivered challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll-out within BSS (Business Support System). ·       Prior experience of solution delivery, BSS technology stacks and transformation projects rollout will be an added advantage. ·       We are looking for someone who has the ability design solutions architecture for technology applications and related operational processes within BSS-IT at Jazz ·       Assists organization in driving relevant technology roadmaps. Creates, reviews and maintains IT architecture blueprints/designs of BSS applications; ·       Analyses new business requirements of stakeholders for solution architecture design and strategic flagship projects; ·       Collaborates with implementation team for Solution Architecture of relevant RFQs/RFPs; ·       Coordinates with vendors for technology implementation of overall architecture solution; ·       Assist in alignment of IT strategic roadmap and vision with Veon group’s directions. These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to digitally transform Jazz, enable organization to design state-of-the-art latest architecture solutions as per global standards and enhance operational efficiency within the limits of Organization’s policies and procedures, functional / departmental objectives, SOPs, international best practices, transformation trends and directions from the supervisor. ·       The individual should have sound solution delivery, architecture and solution design skills; these skills are key to meet performance expectations for this role. **Good to Have** ·       TOGAF® 10, ITIL, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, Cloud or DevOps Certifications ** A Bit About Us:** Our Solution Architecture team is part of the Digital BSS Department within the Technology Division. The three (03) main priorities of our team are: 1.       Technology and Strategic Roadmap 2.       AI & BSS Architecture 3.       Design and Transformation Project The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months: 1.       DBSS Projects: B2B and B2C RFQs 2.       Digitalization that supports SBU(strategic business unit) model introduced by Jazz World.
