## Description

-   Develop and execute program strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
-   Lead and mentor a team of project managers and cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and empowerment.
-   Collaborate with executive leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
-   Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial control.
-   Identify and assess program-level risks, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
-   Lead program review meetings, executive updates, and strategic planning sessions.
-   Drive the development and maintenance of program documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

## Requirements

-   Masters project management / MBA-MIS or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ project management /computer engineering from HEC recognized University.
-   7-8 Years in managing IT and software development projects.
-   Extensive experience as a Program Manager, overseeing a portfolio of complex projects.
-   Proven leadership skills, including team management, strategic thinking, and vision-setting.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
-   In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and industry best practices.
-   Advanced proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, and data analysis.
-   PMP or PgMP certification will be preferred.
-   Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial management, and cost optimization.
-   Experience in risk management and proactive problem-solving.
-   Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize program delivery.
-   Track record of driving innovation and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
-   Conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
-   Understanding of business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, and transport will be an added advantage.
