_**What Does a Day Look Like?**_

_**No two days are the same, but your role will include:**_

_**• Providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to keep young people safe and supported**_

_**• Building positive relationships and promoting healthy routines**_

_**• Preparing meals, supporting education, and encouraging life skills**_

_**• Advocating for their voice, making sure they feel heard and valued**_

_**• Supporting medical appointments and community activities**_

_**• Using your own vehicle to transport young people when needed**_

_**• Helping them move forward with confidence into their next chapter**_

_**What We’re Looking For**_

_**We’re looking for individuals who have:**_

_**✔ Experience working with children or young people, whether paid or voluntary**_

_**✔ A full UK driver’s licence and your own car**_

_**✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience**_

_**✔ A flexible approach, including waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required**_

_**✔ A clear enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one**_

_**A relevant qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent, is desirable but not essential.**_
