## Description

Parallel Employment is seeking a skilled Multispindle Operator to join our production team. As a Multispindle Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multispindle machinery to produce precision parts in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot machinery as needed.

**LOCATION:** Sturtevant, WI

**PAY RATE:** $20/hr + based on experience

**SHIFT:** 1st Shift, 2nd shift

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

-   Set up and operate multispindle machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
-   Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure product quality.
-   Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
-   Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations from production schedules.
-   Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
-   Adhere to all safety policies and procedures on the production floor.

## Requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

-   Previous experience as a Multispindle Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
-   Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
-   Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-   High school diploma or equivalent.
