## Description

**Parallel Employment Group** is hiring a **Press Setup Machine Operator** for a long-term temporary opportunity with a manufacturing company in **Racine, WI**.

**Location:** Racine, WI  
**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday; 7:00am-4:30pm. & Friday 7am-11am.  
**Pay:** $17.00/hour  
**Position Type:** Long-Term Temporary

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up production presses, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet quality standards throughout each production run.

### Responsibilities

-   Install dies, fixtures, and tooling into production presses.
-   Position materials and prepare presses for production.
-   Adjust machine settings before and during production runs.
-   Reference production samples and work instructions to ensure quality standards are met.
-   Perform minor press repairs and routine machine maintenance.
-   Move materials throughout the production area as needed.
-   Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
-   Complete production paperwork and required recordkeeping.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

### Qualifications

-   Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
-   Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and quality.
-   Ability to read and follow work instructions.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
-   Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
