### Schedule

Choose one of the following shifts (flexibility required):

-   **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM  
    **OR**
-   **2nd Shift:** Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

**Salary:** **$82,000 – $90,000 per year**, based on experience.

### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while providing leadership, coaching, and support to production team members.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who is committed to continuous improvement, safety, quality, and employee development.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead daily production operations while maintaining safety and product quality standards.
-   Supervise, coach, and develop production team members.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, GMPs, and safety requirements.
-   Coordinate equipment and facility cleaning processes.
-   Resolve day-to-day operational issues to improve productivity and efficiency.
-   Plan staffing and allocate resources to meet production goals.
-   Manage employee scheduling and approve weekly payroll timekeeping.
-   Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
-   Monitor labor, supplies, and operational costs while identifying opportunities for improvement.
-   Collaborate with Maintenance to coordinate cleaning schedules and production support.
-   Build positive working relationships with labor representatives and cross-functional teams.
-   Promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years of manufacturing leadership experience** required.
-   Dairy or food manufacturing experience preferred.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-   Knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMPs, and food safety practices.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience with workforce scheduling and performance management.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Ability to analyze data and drive continuous process improvements.
-   Willingness to complete company training on facility procedures and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
