## Description

Parallel Employment is actively searching for dedicated Machine Operators to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Set up, operate, and monitor machinery for manufacturing processes.
-   Conduct quality checks on products using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
-   Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshooting as needed.
-   Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines throughout operations.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-   Document and report production data and any issues that arise.

**Shift Availability:** 1st and 2nd shifts.

**Pay Rate**: $18.50 to $24.50 Depending on Experience

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or GED.
-   Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
-   Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
