## Description

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking to add _CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS t_o our utility crew who are looking to establish a career in the road construction industry.

These are seasonal positions that offer a competitive wage with benefits.

The primary duties for general labour could include but are not limited to:

-   Digging, shoveling, raking, hammering pins, sweeping, operating small compaction gear (jumping jacks, tampers, etc.), using a concrete chop saw, and other labour activities associated with constructing the required project.
-   Placement of construction materials (by hand or use of equipment)
-   Setup, check, and compact granular base materials to meet construction specifications required for the project.
-   Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
-   Raise and lower catch basins, manholes, and water valves, as required.

Pay Scale $23 - $26
