- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability across government, philanthropic, corporate and community sectors
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent on-the-job experience relevant to business development, operations or a related discipline

**WHO YOU ARE**

You are a commercially minded, values-led senior leader who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up your sleeves on delivery. You bring strong business acumen, a track record of growing sustainable revenue and partnerships, and the judgement to balance commercial outcomes with cultural integrity and community accountability.

You are a confident relationship builder who works effectively with government, philanthropic, corporate and community stakeholders, and a steady, engaged leader who genuinely invests in the growth and wellbeing of your team.
