**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Specialist - Learning & Development to join our team, reporting to the Head of Learning & Development. This role supports the effective planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of AIGI's learning and development projects, programs and client-facing activities.

You will provide high-quality project coordination, facilitation support, participant and stakeholder communications, scheduling, documentation and evaluation support across our learning and capability-building initiatives.

This role is hybrid (preferred), with remote work available by arrangement. Candidates located anywhere in Australia are welcome to apply.

Your main role responsibilities include:

-   Coordinating learning and development project plans, schedules, actions, risks, deliverables and reporting requirements across multiple workstreams
-   Supporting scheduling, delivery readiness and coordination for workshops, webinars, training programs and other learning initiatives
-   Coordinating internal inputs from Learning & Development, Research & Resources, Associates, facilitators and external contributors
-   Supporting communication with clients, participants, facilitators and internal stakeholders in relation to learning activities and project delivery
-   Providing facilitation support during workshops, webinars or consultations, including note-taking, breakout coordination and activity support
-   Coordinating the collection of participant feedback, evaluation data and learning outcomes evidence, and preparing draft evaluation summaries
-   Maintaining and improving learning project templates, delivery trackers, resource libraries and documentation processes
-   Any additional tasks that align with your role and responsibilities as directed by the Head of Learning & Development

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

-   Experience supporting or coordinating learning, training, education, workshop, webinar, program delivery or capability-building activities
-   Demonstrated ability to work with Indigenous organisations, communities and individuals in culturally appropriate and respectful ways
-   Strong project coordination and organisational skills, including maintaining schedules, action logs, risk registers and delivery trackers
-   Experience preparing project documentation, participant communications, learning materials, meeting records or evaluation summaries
-   Experience supporting workshops, facilitation, participant engagement or client-facing program delivery
-   Experience collecting feedback, evaluation data, participant information or continuous improvement evidence
-   Experience working in cross-functional and/or remote teams, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication
-   Tertiary qualification in education, learning and development, project management, Indigenous studies or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience

You are a proactive team player who enjoys working closely with facilitators, participants and internal teams, and who understands the importance of culturally safe and respectful engagement in a learning and development context. You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
