## Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of mortgage-related documents produced within our document preparation platform. This role is responsible for performing comprehensive reviews of new documents and updates completed by Document Developers, validating that all requirements have been met and that deliverables adhere to established standards and best practices.

The Quality Control Analyst plays a critical role in mitigating risk by conducting independent testing, assessing customer impact, and ensuring all changes are implemented safely and accurately. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings, partnering closely with Document Developers to identify issues, explain required corrections, and promote continuous improvement. Upon approval, the QC Analyst is also responsible for migrating validated work through development, staging, and production environments using proprietary tools.

**Job Responsibilities**

-   Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of mortgage-related documents within a document preparation platform
-   Review and validate new documents and updates developed by Document Developers
-   Verify that all deliverables meet business requirements, compliance rules, and established quality standards
-   Conduct independent testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential risks before release
-   Assess the impact of changes on end users and overall system performance
-   Collaborate closely with Document Developers to report issues and clearly explain required corrections
-   Support continuous improvement by providing clear, structured feedback
-   Migrate validated and approved work through development, staging, and production environments using internal tools
-   Ensure all changes are implemented safely, accurately, and in line with best practices
-   Maintain high attention to detail when reviewing technical and document-based outputs

## Requirements

-   Exceptional attention to detail

-   Business-level English fluency, including proficiency with English writing conventions
-   Experience performing quality assurance, testing, and validation of technical or document-based deliverables
-   Ability to interpret and validate business and compliance requirements against completed work
-   Effective communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide feedback and guidance to peers
-   Experience or familiarity with SQL databases and queries
