## Description

**Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)** or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community

**Key responsibilities:**

1.       Monthly Accounts Closing and Financial Reporting

-   Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
-   Prepare and review journal entries, accrals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
-   Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review including variance analysis against budget and prior periods, providing insights to management.
-   Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.
-   Assist in budgeting, forecasting.

2.       Banking & Treasury (Group)

-   Liaise with banks on account operations, financing facilities, and documentation requirements.
-   Prepare and submit required documents for bank transactions, compliance, and credit reviews.
-   Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
-   Provide investment analysis to support business decision-making.
-   Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

3.       Audit, Compliance, Taxes

-   Liaise with external auditors for annual statutory audits and ensure smooth audit processes.
-   Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
-   Provide audit schedules and supporting documentation, and resolve audit queries promptly.
-   Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
-   Prepare corporate tax computation and submission, including coordination with tax agents where applicable.
-   Maintain proper documentation in line with requirements from the IRAS.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
-   Minimum 3-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience with prior experience as General Ledger and Treasury
-   Experience in Microsoft Business Central is an added advantage
-   IT proficient and familiar with Microsoft suite of products
-   Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-   Able to work independently and as part of a team.
