**Pathlight School** is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism.

The team at **Autism Intervention, Training & Consultancy (AITC)** provides training and consultancy services for professionals and caregivers, as well as direct intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum.

As an **Autism Therapist**, your Impact and Contribution includes:

-   Develop and deliver individualised behavioural plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
-   Plan and deliver programmes for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the area of Life Skills (e.g. self-regulation, work habits, social and thinking skills)
-   Manage and respond to an emergency support line for school staff requiring immediate support for behavioural support
-   Plan and train stakeholders on ASD related topics
-   Participate in team assessments for school admissions

## Requirements

-   Min. Degree in Psychology or related fields

-   Passion to help special needs students maximise their talents and potential
-   Strong analytical and organisational skills
-   Excellent verbal and written communication
-   Ability to be flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and diverse viewpoints
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
