**About Pathways**

Pathways works to build broad, resilient support for the rapid implementation of policies that address climate change. Operating as a field catalyst, we work in countries whose actions are most consequential in the next decade and beyond.

We work behind the scenes as a strategic partner and are committed to empowering those with deep local knowledge to lead. Our delivery model is focused on enabling others to act, rather than acting directly.

Our country directors design country-specific strategies and then build and incubate new initiatives focused on securing backing for policies that reduce emissions, regardless of who is in power.

**Working with Us**
Driven by the urgency of the climate crisis, we offer a dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative workplace. Our global team is united by a shared commitment to our mission, and we support each member to find the balance they need to excel both personally and professionally. While we work remotely, we recognise the importance of connection and team cohesion.

With Pathways you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully, working in an entrepreneurial environment alongside a growing team of highly experienced political and climate strategists who are dedicated to making a real difference in the world.
