### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery orders, resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training and development to keep updated on industry trends and service improvements.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
-   A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and the food industry.
-   Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
