### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace and resolve any issues effectively.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and assist in tracking feedback in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on platform features and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce, is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, showcasing strong organizational skills.
