In this vital role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims, ensuring they receive the support and information they need during their time of need. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims.
-   Assist customers in understanding their policies and guiding them through the claims process.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry regulations and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech is required. Please make sure to indicate your nationality and native language in your application.
