### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional product support for Fitbit devices to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related technical issues efficiently.
-   Guide customers in using Fitbit products to their fullest potential.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
-   Participate in ongoing product training to stay up-to-date on Fitbit enhancements and features.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
