## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is looking for a Finnish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and integrity of digital platforms for Finnish-speaking users while working in a dynamic and international environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring user content, identifying safety risks, supporting users, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold community guidelines and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Finnish-speaking communities.
-   Engage with users on safety concerns and provide timely assistance.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine safety strategies and procedures.
-   Analyze trends and produce reports to support safety initiatives.
-   Stay informed about the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in digital safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required.
-   High proficiency in English is preferred.
-   Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
