You will provide support to Nordic-speaking customers regarding fitness and sports equipment, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience as they pursue an active lifestyle. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
-   Address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any related issues effectively.
-   Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
-   Document customer interactions accurately to aid in improving services.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
-   Prior experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
-   Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment!
