### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Engage in training and development opportunities to improve service delivery and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
-   A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
