### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about Disney + services, assisting with account management and troubleshooting queries.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
-   Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product features and improvements.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
-   A passion for customer service and the entertainment industry.
-   Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively from home, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
