### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
-   Assist customers with airline booking inquiries, managing reservations, cancellations, and changes.
-   Accurately record customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Excellent fluency (C1/C2) in Norwegian, both written and spoken is essential.
-   Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English
-   Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer support or airline booking is a plus but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
