### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
-   Address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues related to fitness equipment.
-   Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
-   Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement efforts.
-   Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
-   Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
-   Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
