In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients experiencing roadside challenges, embodying the luxury brand’s dedication to superior service and customer satisfaction.

  

### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide timely assistance to Spanish-speaking customers facing roadside emergencies, ensuring they feel secure and cared for.
-   Assess and diagnose vehicle issues, coordinating appropriate assistance quickly and effectively.
-   Maintain proactive communication with clients, reassuring them and providing updates throughout the assistance process.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions to improve service excellence.
-   Collaborate with team members and external service providers to ensure fast and efficient solutions.
-   Engage in regular training to stay updated on luxury vehicle features and roadside assistance methodologies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required. Please indicate your native language and nationality clearly in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
-   Experience in customer service or roadside assistance is an advantage.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
