### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the automotive insurance and claims sector through various communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
-   Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance overall customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong interest in the automotive industry and insurance products.
-   Previous experience in customer support, especially in insurance or claims, is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
-   Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
