As an Icelandic-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Icelandic-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and empathetic support to Icelandic-speaking players through various channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently.
-   Collect player feedback and relay it to appropriate teams to improve game features and support quality.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.

## Requirements
