As a Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to Romanian-speaking players, ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to player satisfaction and community building.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to player inquiries in Romanian via various communication channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues effectively and empathetically.
-   Gather and share player feedback to support product and service improvements.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and player experiences.
-   Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content.

## Requirements
