### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver efficient and empathetic support to Danish-speaking players via various communication channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues in a timely manner.

-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and player experience.

## Requirements
