## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking an Italian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining safe and trustworthy digital platforms for Italian-speaking users within a dynamic and international work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, identifying potential safety issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold community guidelines and digital safety protocols.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and evaluate digital content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Italian-speaking communities.
-   Proactively engage with users to address safety concerns and provide support.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety processes and strategies.
-   Analyze safety trends and produce reports for management consideration.
-   Stay current with applicable regulations, trends, and best practices in digital trust and safety.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required.
-   Proficiency in English is preferred.
-   Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong analytical and communication skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be offered.
