### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting related to home entertainment systems.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training and skill development to stay informed about product advancements.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Strong interest in home entertainment systems and technology.
