### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and evaluate digital activities to ensure adherence to safety policies.
-   Respond promptly to user inquiries concerning trust and safety issues.
-   Provide education and guidance to users on best practices for online safety.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve safety protocols.
-   Document safety trends and user feedback, contributing insights to management.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written) is required.
