### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Handle customer inquiries, assist with product information, and resolve any issues that may arise during the online shopping process.
-   Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
-   Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
-   Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online retail.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer service or online retail is an advantage, but not required.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
