As a German-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will interact directly with German-speaking players, providing high-quality support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and professional support to German-speaking players through various channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate and resolve player issues effectively with empathy and attention to detail.
-   Collect and report player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support quality.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and improve player satisfaction.
-   Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements
