Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic-Speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist for the iconic Mercedes brand in Greece! In this essential role, you will be the go-to person for Nordic-speaking customers facing roadside emergencies, passionately providing the high-quality service synonymous with Mercedes.

  

### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver immediate roadside assistance to Nordic-speaking clients, ensuring a calm and reassuring experience in stressful situations.
-   Assess vehicle issues and coordinate efficient solutions tailored to each individual case.
-   Maintain open and effective communication with customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the assistance process.
-   Accurately record and document each customer interaction and resolution for quality improvement purposes.
-   Work in tandem with team members and external providers to ensure fast and reliable service delivery.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with Mercedes vehicle features and the latest roadside assistance methods.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), both spoken and written, is essential. Please include your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
-   Experience in customer service or roadside assistance is advantageous.
-   Problem-solving capabilities along with a basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
-   A professional, friendly attitude focused on delivering excellent customer service.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, catering to the discerning needs of luxury clients.
