### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

-   Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about Booking.com’s offerings and latest travel trends to provide accurate information and assistance.

## Requirements
