### Responsibilities

-   Serve as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Respond to customer inquiries, effectively resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information about our products and services.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights and experiences.
-   Stay updated on product lines and company policies to offer accurate and effective support.
-   Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
-   Assist in the training of new team members by sharing your knowledge and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated customer-centric approach.
-   Capability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
