### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Finnish and other languages through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and technical support efficiently.
-   Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions.
-   Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for future reference and tracking purposes.
-   Collaborate with team members and liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
-   Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques.
-   Proactively suggest enhancements to processes that improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
-   Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
