### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics solutions.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues and ensure timely deliveries.
-   Keep clients informed about the status of shipments and any potential delays.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

-   Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle operational challenges.
-   Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain principles is a plus.
